Daniel J. Geenen, M.D.
Dr. Daniel J. Geenen is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Geenen treats all adult gastrointestinal disorders with special interest in patients with esophageal, pancreatic, and liver disease. Dr. Geenen has given a number of lectures on these subjects and has also been invited to speak at national scientific meetings regarding these and other gastrointestinal disorders such as peptic ulcer disease, hepatitis, and a common complaint, heartburn. He has also been involved in writing articles that have appeared in a variety of medical journals.
Dr. Geenen earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He went on to complete his residency at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals. He then completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Dr. Geenen is board certified in Internal Medicine.
