Maria "Tes" Rivera-Bennett, M.D.

Dr. Rivera-Bennett is a pediatric gastroenterologist and specializes in treating children ages birth to 18 years. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas University Hospital, Manila, where she was nominated for "The Most Outstanding Intern" award. Dr. Rivera-Bennett did her Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin where she was nominated for "The Best Teacher Award" by the student body of the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed her Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Rivera-Bennett has been an active presenter, both in national and international scientific meetings.

Dr. Rivera-Bennett is a member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Association, American Gastroenterology Association, American Medical Association, North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, State Medical Society, and American Academy of Pediatrics.
